Role Overview: As a Tech Recruiter in this full-time on-site role based in Noida, you will be responsible for managing the full lifecycle recruitment process for hiring AI/ML and/or Full Stack Development Teams. Your main duties will include engaging with hiring managers to identify staffing needs, sourcing and screening candidates, conducting interviews, and overseeing the hiring process. Additionally, you will play a crucial role in building strong relationships with potential hires and ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruiting process.
