Overview

We are seeking a dynamic Tech Product Development Lead to design, architect, and deliver robust applications that drive enterprise-grade product development and innovative in-house initiatives. The ideal candidate will bring 8–10 years of experience in digital cloud solutions, enterprise product development, and scalable architectures. This role requires end-to-end ownership of solution delivery — spanning design, development, testing, implementation, and product lifecycle management.

As a Tech Product Development Lead, you will act as both a strategic leader and hands-on contributor, ensuring applications are customer-centric, resilient, and future-ready.

Responsibilities

• Own the application development lifecycle — design, development, testing, deployment, and enhancements.
• Lead the design, development, and deployment of web and mobile applications, ensuring high performance and scalability.
• Define and drive the technology vision and product roadmap for enterprise-grade applications.
• Lead solution delivery teams across onsite-offshore models, ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Architect and implement scalable, cloud-native solutions across Azure and AWS.
• Guide frontend and mobile integrations with React, Next.js, and React Native.
• Establish and enforce solution governance frameworks, design patterns, and best practices.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders in BFSI and other domains to translate requirements into customer-focused solutions.
• Champion AI-assisted engineering practices, automation, and DevOps adoption.
• Ensure performance optimization, modularity, and seamless integration of APIs and third-party systems.
• Drive product management initiatives, including upgrades, enhancements, and innovation pipelines.
• Mentor and guide development teams, fostering a culture of quality, agility, and continuous improvement.

Required Skills & Experience

• 8–10 years of application development and product delivery leadership.
• Strong hands-on expertise in .NET, Node.js/Express, React, TypeScript.
• Proficiency in Python frameworks (FastAPI/Django/Flask).
• Deep knowledge of REST APIs, SQL Server, MySQL, and database performance tuning.
• Proven experience in microservices, event-driven architecture, and cloud-native design.
• Hands-on with Azure Functions (Serverless), GitHub Actions, CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong understanding of system design, scalability, caching, and real-time updates.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to balance strategic product ownership with hands-on technical delivery.
• Experience in product management, customer engagement, and solution enhancements.
