Job Title – Technical Project Manager – Digital Commerce

Technical Project Manager – Digital Commerce:

Technical PM – Digital Commerce is part of SoŌware Development Team with responsibility of leading and managing all phases of the project life cycle & provide status reports regarding key deliverables, milestones, dependencies, risks and issues & keep the leadership updated. This role will give you an opportunity to build & lead a strong project team & moƟvate team members to meet project goals, adhering to their responsibiliƟes and project milestones.

ResponsibiliƟes:

 Lead, Direct and Manage the overall process of designing, development, integraƟng and implemenƟng the Digital Commerce projects/SoluƟons across WebSite / Mobile applicaƟons.

 eCommerce Tech development using JavaScript frameworks / Java Stach with Cloud Stack  Ability to SoluƟonize and understand Architecture as per project/scenario need

 Develop full-scale project plans and associated communicaƟons documents, define project scope, goals and deliverable that support business goals in collaboraƟon with senior management and stakeholders.  Monitor progress and make adjustments as needed, measure project performance to idenƟfy areas for  improvement.

 Deep understanding of project management with experience in a fast-paced environment taking a project  through its complete lifecycle using appropriate soŌware development methodologies

 EsƟmate the resources and parƟcipants needed to achieve project goals.

 Coach, mentor, moƟvate and supervise project team members, and influence them to take posiƟve acƟon and accountability for their assigned work

 Develop best pracƟces and tools for project execuƟon and management

Candidate Profile:

 Minimum 10+ years of industry experience with last 3+ years as Technical Project Manager.  Experience in MACH/Headless Architecture and should be familiar with deployment strategies.  Technical architectural skills in one of the ReactJS, NodeJS, NextJS, NestJs, Typescript & other JS frameworks.  Experience in Java Tech stack – Springboot, Microservices would be an added advantage.  Technical proficiency in Cloud Technologies (PASS, SAAS, Azure/AWS/GCP..etc).

 Experience & understanding of Scala, Akka, KaŅa, Play framework is desirable.

 Proven project management in leading agile teams using SCRUM.

 Hands on experience on Project Management tool or equivalent – MS Project, JIRA, Confluence.

 Bachelor's in Computer Science (preferred) with Strong communicaƟon skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹4,000,000.00 - ₹5,000,000.00 per year
