About MindDhara
MindDhara is a global-to-local ecosystem designed to support brain and mind health across the entire lifespan. We strengthen the full cycle of care by training the professionals who serve our communities, conducting culturally grounded research, offering trauma-informed guidance, and supporting organisations, individuals, and families as they navigate cognitive, emotional, or neurological challenges.
Grounded in lived experience and informed by global expertise, MindDhara works to prevent, optimise, and reimagine brain and mind care for South Asian communities—building systems that reflect our cultures, our stories, and our realities.
Our model connects three arms:
MindDhara Forward:
training, mentorship & global readiness for psychology students and early-career professionals
MindDhara Couch:
culturally responsive clinical support for cognitive and mental wellbeing
MindDhara ATLAS:
research, innovation & South-Asian–centered scientific development
Together, these systems create a regenerative cycle where today’s learners become tomorrow’s clinicians, researchers, and mentors, advancing accessible, human-centered care for all.
