Role Description The Outreach & Partnerships Intern will support partnership development, community engagement, and communication efforts across MindDhara’s ecosystem. You will be under the guidance and management of our Clinical Operations & Community Lead and the Founders office. You will help build relationships with organisations, universities, professionals, and community groups while assisting with outreach strategy, communication drafting, and coordination of partnership initiatives. This role offers a meaningful opportunity to contribute to mental health, neuroscience, and culturally informed care in India and for South Asian communities across the globe. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree (completed or in progress) in Psychology, Neuroscience, Cognitive Science, Behavioural Science, Social Work, Public Health, Human Development, Education, Sociology, Anthropology, Marketing/Communications, Business Administration, English/Journalism, or related fields. Strong Communication and Writing skills to draft messages, outreach material, and partnership proposals effectively Proficiency in Community Outreach and Customer Service to build and maintain relationships with partners and stakeholders Ability to conduct Research and analyze data to support outreach initiatives and collaborations Interest or background in neuromarketing, behavioural science, mental health, brain sciences, or a related field is an advantage Excellent organizational skills, adaptability, and eagerness to work independently and in collaborative environments Key Responsibilities: Send emails, messages, and follow-ups to prospective partners Assist with partnership outreach and communication Help maintain strong relationships with collaborators Support coordination of meetings and partnership opportunities What You’ll Gain: High-impact communication skills: Crafting professional emails, partnership messages, and outreach material that reflect organisational voice and purpose. Role Description The Technical Operations Intern will support the technological backbone of MindDhara’s ecosystem. You will work closely with the Founders Office, Communications & Clinical Operations teams , and will be supervised by our Co-Director (MCA, Information Technology) to ensure smooth functioning of MindDhara’s digital infrastructure. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on tech problem-solving, systems organisation, and maintaining the digital tools that help a mission-driven startup grow. You will work across website updates, backend support, platform maintenance, and digital workflow optimisation. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to mental health innovation, research accessibility, and culturally grounded digital ecosystems across India and the global South Asian diaspora. This role offers hands-on experience in digital marketing, campaign development, and brand communication within a health focused environment. Key Responsibilities: Digital Content Creation : Develop and design engaging content for social media platforms including LinkedIn, Instagram, and X, ranging from bite-sized animations and static visuals to long-form blog posts and internal updates. Presentation/White paper Support : Create high-impact visual assets using Google slides to support business development. Campaign Involvement : Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm, plan, and execute digital marketing campaigns that align with our brand voice and business goals. Print Media Design : Design print-ready materials for internal office events, conferences, and external brand activations, ensuring consistency across physical and digital assets.
