Tech M&A Specialist - Manager
Job Summary:
We are seeking a Manager with up to 14 years of experience in managing technology aspects of mergers and acquisitions (M&A), specifically focusing on IT Separation related to Data Centre and Cloud Infrastructure. The ideal candidate will possess strong IT separation skills, including Data/DC Migration and System Integration, along with a deep understanding of Data Centre and Cloud technologies. This role is designed for a leader who can run M&A deals end-to-end from a technology standpoint, ensuring the successful execution of IT separation initiatives while guiding the team with their technical expertise. Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end technology aspects of M&A deals, focusing on IT separation projects related to Data Centre and Cloud Infrastructure, ensuring successful migration and integration.

Collaborate with clients to understand their separation requirements and develop tailored strategies that align with their business goals throughout the M&A process.

Serve as a key pillar in engagements, leveraging your strong understanding of Data Centre and Cloud technologies to guide and mentor the team performing the separation.

Work closely with technical teams to ensure the successful execution of separation projects on time and within budget, with a strong emphasis on client satisfaction.

Stay informed about trends in IT separation, cloud technologies, and M&A best practices to drive service improvements and strategic decisions.

Provide technical insights for proposals and engage in client discussions to support business development efforts, particularly in the context of M&A transactions.

Qualifications:

Up to 14 years of experience in IT, with a focus on managing technology aspects of M&A, IT separation, and Data Centre/Cloud Infrastructure.

Proven experience in managing IT separation projects within M&A deals, with a successful track record of implementation and operation.

Strong communication and client engagement skills, with the ability to translate technical requirements into effective separation strategies.

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Relevant certifications in IT separation, cloud technologies, or M&A processes are highly desirable.

Preferred
Skills:

Proficiency in data migration and system integration tools to streamline separation processes during M&A transactions.

In-depth knowledge of security practices and compliance standards related to IT separation in the context of M&A.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
