Role Overview: You will be joining EY as a Tech M&A Specialist - Manager, responsible for managing technology aspects of mergers and acquisitions, specifically focusing on IT Separation related to Data Centre and Cloud Infrastructure. Your role will involve leading M&A deals end-to-end from a technology standpoint to ensure successful execution of IT separation initiatives. Key Responsibilities: - Manage end-to-end technology aspects of M&A deals, with a focus on IT separation projects related to Data Centre and Cloud Infrastructure, ensuring successful migration and integration. - Collaborate with clients to understand their separation requirements and develop tailored strategies aligned with their business goals throughout the M&A process. - Act as a key pillar in engagements, leveraging your strong understanding of Data Centre and Cloud technologies to guide and mentor the team during separation activities. - Work closely with technical teams to ensure the successful execution of separation projects on time and within budget, emphasizing client satisfaction. - Stay updated on IT separation trends, cloud technologies, and M&A best practices to enhance service delivery and strategic decision-making. - Provide technical insights for proposals and engage in client discussions to support business development efforts, especially in the context of M&A transactions. Qualifications: - Up to 14 years of experience in IT, focusing on managing technology aspects of M&A, IT separation, and Data Centre/Cloud Infrastructure. - Proven track record of managing IT separation projects within M&A deals, demonstrating successful implementation and operation. - Strong communication and client engagement skills, capable of translating technical requirements into effective separation strategies. - Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Relevant certifications in IT separation, cloud technologies, or M&A processes are highly desirable. Preferred Skills: - Proficiency in data migration and system integration tools to streamline separation processes during M&A transactions. - In-depth knowledge of security practices and compliance standards related to IT separation within M&A contexts. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, enabling effective teamwork in diverse environments.
