Key Responsibilities

• Lead a team of developers in designing, developing, and maintaining full-stack applications using ReactJS(frontend) and Node.js (backend)
• Define and implement scalable system architectures and reusable component libraries
• Collaborate with product managers and designers to translate requirements into technical solutions
• Establish best practices for coding standards, testing, and CI/CD processes
• Oversee API design, integration, and optimization between frontend and backend systems
• Conduct regular code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance for better scalability and reliability
• Ensure adherence to security and compliance standards across all development processes
• Stay current with emerging technologies and propose ways to incorporate them into the product roadmap
• Foster a collaborative and growth-oriented culture within the development team
  

What Makes You a Great Fit

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack development, with a focus on ReactJS and Node.js
• Strong understanding of JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3
• Experience in building RESTful APIs, handling asynchronous operations, and managing microservices
• Proficiency with frontend state management tools such as Redux or Context API
• Deep understanding of backend frameworks like Express.js or NestJS
• Familiarity with databases (MongoDB, PostgreSQL, or MySQL) and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
• Hands-on experience with version control systems (Git) and CI/CD pipelines
• Strong leadership and mentoring abilities with excellent communication skills
• Passion for problem-solving, innovation, and delivering clean, maintainable code
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment and manage multiple priorities effectively
