Tech Lead

As a Technical Lead Engineer in Microsoft Technology (dot net), you will be responsible for leading a technical team in an agile environment focused on developing web applications. Your role will involve overseeing software development, product releases, and architecture design. You will analyze business systems requirements and system integration considerations to provide appropriate technology solutions. By utilizing current programming languages and technologies, you will write custom code, conduct testing, and debugging of solutions. Key Responsibilities: - Lead a team in product development, design, and coding - Own engineering requirements for the product and collaborate with the product owner and management on enterprise applications road-map - Formulate tools, technology, and deployment strategy for enterprise software solutions - Define architecture for enterprise software solutions and collaborate with development teams - Provide realistic solutions considering timing, technical complexity, and budget - Work cooperatively as part of a scrum team and engage in cross-team collaboration - Offer deep subject matter expertise, advice, and program delivery - Understand customer needs and expectations thoroughly - Demonstrate exceptional written and verbal communication skills - Apply comprehensive knowledge of application programming and analysis Qualifications Required: - Hands-on experience in designing and developing Dotnet enterprise applications, database modeling, and cloud knowledge - Proficiency in .NET 4.5, MVC, Web API, ADO.NET, Entity Framework, C# .Net, VB.Net, SQL/T-SQL, JQuery, JavaScript, Bootstrap, HTML5, XML, Visual Studio 2015/2017 - Knowledge of Dotnet core, ASP.Net core, and Visual Studio code (optional but recommended) - Familiarity with Azure SaaS, PAAS model, AppServices, SQL Azure, Resource manager, Azure Storage, Queues, Table Storage, Service Bus, WebJobs, Deployment - Strong understanding of object-oriented programming (OOPs), computer science foundations, and SQL Server 2012/2017 - Proficient in all phases of the software development lifecycle, including analysis, design, testing, and support - Knowledge of industry processes like Agile, DevOps, and source control systems (SVN, TFS, GitHub) - Ability to manage multiple projects with various deadlines - Experience in Core Banking Application and Android Development Application is a plus - Familiarity with API development is beneficial Additional Company Details: - Day Shift - No constraints for Age, Experience, and Salary for the right candidates This is a full-time, permanent position.
