Architect and develop Gen AIbased components for IT Operations automation.Collaborate with SMEs to understand ITIL processes and translate them into Gen AI workflows.Build and finetune AI models for knowledge generation and resolution recommendation.Ensure solution scalability and readiness for production deployment.Integrate AI components with ITSM platforms and monitoring tools.Conduct performance benchmarking and outcome measurement against baseline metrics.
Required Skills Handson experience with Generative AI frameworksLangChain, LangGraph, LangFlow and model finetuning. Experience building GenAI pipelines using LangChain, LangGraph multiagent orchestration, LangFlow workflow design. Strong understanding of RetrievalAugmented Generation RAG, Hybrid RAG BM25 + embeddings + rerankers,Agentic RAG, Prompt engineering context optimizationStrong understanding of ITIL principles Incident, Problem, Change Management. Experience with APIs, ITSM tools e.g., ServiceNow, and automation frameworks.Proficiency in PythonFastAPI, OOPS,async, Streamlit, REST APIs, API authentication OAuth2, JWT and cloud platforms AWSAzure. Ability to identify highvalue use cases and optimize workflows.
