The ideal candidate will lead a team of developers, ensuring the successful delivery of high quality software solutions. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, leadership skills, and a passion for innovation. Responsibilities: Lead and mentor a team of developers in the design, development, and implementation of OutSystems applications. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Ensure adherence to best practices in software development, including coding standards, testing, and documentation. Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members. Manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables to ensure successful project execution. Stay updated with the latest OutSystems features and industry trends to drive innovation within the team. Facilitate communication between technical and non technical stakeholders. Identify and mitigate risks associated with project delivery. Mandatory Skills: Expert level knowledge and hands on experience with OutSystems development. Strong understanding of software development methodologies, including Agile and Scrum. Proficiency in programming languages such as JavaScript, SQL, and HTML/CSS. Experience in leading and managing technical teams. Excellent problem solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Preferred Skills: Experience with cloud technologies and deployment. Knowledge of integration with third party APIs and services. Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools. Experience in performance tuning and optimization of OutSystems applications. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 5 7 years of experience in software development, with a focus on OutSystems. Proven track record of successfully leading technical teams and delivering projects on time. Relevant certifications in OutSystems or related technologies are a plus.
