Your role will involve designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality software applications in alignment with our business goals and client needs. **Key Responsibilities:** - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications. - Perform debugging of applications to ensure optimal performance. - Maintain and improve existing codebases and lead peer review processes. - Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance to enhance team capabilities. **Qualifications Required:** - Excellent Programming skills in PL/SQL, XML, and SQR (optional) - Proficiency in SQL & PL/SQL concepts, debugging, writing Packages, Stored procedures, functions, triggers, and views. - Knowledge of Exception handling, Constraints, Indexes, Partitions, Cursors, Oracle collections. - Experience with SQL Queries, Stored Procedures, and PL\SQL. - Strong communication skills to collaborate with stakeholders. - Ability to mentor team members in adopting technologies, tools, and best practices. - Experience in working on large products, exposure to Scrum Framework, and banking domain. - Proficient in estimation and scheduling for assignments. - Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and issue resolution skills. - Good verbal and written communication skills for a team environment.
