Role Overview: You will be a critical member of a fast-paced, entrepreneurial development team responsible for creating custom add-ons for Fiserv's core banking software (DNA) as a Software Developer. The role involves primarily using PL/SQL and SQR programming languages for software development, unit testing, documentation, and UAT processes. You will collaborate with peers in India and the United States to ensure the delivery of high-quality products and services. Key Responsibilities: - Develop, test, and document programs based on customer specifications. - Ensure timely delivery of high-quality finished products. - Communicate effectively with peers and Business Analysts for accurate delivery. - Review software design, code quality, and compliance with defined DNAapp validation rules. Qualification Required: - College/university level degree in software engineering field. - 5-10 years of development experience in PL/SQL, open to learning SQR. - Proficiency in writing Packages, Stored Procedures, Functions, Triggers, Views, PL/SQL debugging, etc. - End-to-end experience across the software development lifecycle. - Ability to work independently and in project teams with excellent communication skills. - Additional desired qualifications include experience in Python development, familiarity with banking principles/banking software, SQR software development, SQL tuning, optimization tools & techniques, troubleshooting performance issues, etc. Thank you for considering employment with Fiserv.
