Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Tech Lead with deep expertise in .NET 8.0 Core and Blazor, and working knowledge of ASP.NET. The ideal candidate will lead a team of developers, drive architectural decisions, and ensure the successful delivery of modern web applications.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the design and development of scalable web applications using .NET 8.0 Core and Blazor (Server/WebAssembly).
Provide architectural guidance and hands-on development support.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Mentor and guide team members, conduct code reviews, and enforce coding standards.
Integrate legacy ASP.NET components where necessary and assist in modernization efforts.
Ensure performance, security, and scalability of applications.
Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning and estimations.

Required Skills

Strong hands-on experience with .NET 8.0 Core, C#, and Blazor.
Solid understanding of component-based architecture, Razor syntax, and state management in Blazor.
Experience with Dapper ORM, and RESTful APIs.
Familiarity with ASP.NET Web Forms/MVC and ability to work with legacy codebases.
Good knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and front-end integration.
Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and Azure DevOps.
Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Nice To Have

Exposure to Insurance Domain
Experience with Azure Cloud Services.
Knowledge of unit testing frameworks and test automation.

Education

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
