Role Overview:

Tech Lead / Full-Stack Architect

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the architecture, design, and development of robust full-stack applications.
• Align the tech roadmap with business objectives and product vision.
• Provide hands-on leadership in backend (

  Node.js

  ,

  Python

  ) and frontend (

  React

  ) technologies.
• Ensure API security, performance optimization, and scalable microservices architecture.
• Build and implement DevOps pipelines for efficient deployment and monitoring.
• Maintain high code quality through code reviews, unit testing, and best practices.
• Mentor junior developers and contribute to team building and culture.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Design, and Business teams.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum

  7 years

  of full-stack development and architectural experience.
• Proficient in

  Node.js

  ,

  Python

  ,

  React

  , and RESTful API design.
• Strong understanding of system architecture, microservices, and scalable design patterns.
• Experience with

  DevOps

  , CI/CD, containerization (Docker), and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).
• Deep knowledge of

  API security

  , authentication mechanisms, and data protection practices.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a passion for building clean, maintainable code.
• Strong leadership and communication skills; experience leading development teams is a plus.
• Prior experience in a startup or fast-paced product environment is highly desirable.
