Tech Lead

Role Overview: As a Technical Lead, you will play a crucial role in optimizing and implementing cloud solutions using AWS and other cloud platforms. You will be responsible for working in Lambda, NodeJS, and event-driven architecture, utilizing services like SQS, SNS, and Event Bridge. Your expertise in Serverless Framework (CloudFormation) or Terraform will be essential in troubleshooting hardware, software, and network problems. Additionally, your knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, microservices architecture, and agile development methodologies will be instrumental in driving the adoption of efficient engineering methodologies. Key Responsibilities: - Demonstrate expertise in AWS and other cloud platforms to optimize and implement cloud solutions - Work with Lambda, NodeJS, and event-driven architecture using services like SQS, SNS, and Event Bridge - Utilize IaC tools such as Serverless Framework (CloudFormation) or Terraform - Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network problems - Implement CI/CD pipelines and best practices for automated testing and deployment - Develop microservices architecture principles, design patterns, and best practices - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate cloud services into the overall technology strategy - Establish and maintain principles, standards, and policies for system integrations - Provide strategic advice on using technology to achieve goals - Manage IT initiatives and collaborate with in-house technical staff - Drive the adoption of efficient engineering methodologies and improve development and deployment workflows Qualifications Required: - Bachelors in Computer Science or Equivalent preferred - Minimum 3 years of experience as an IT Consultant with a focus on cloud technologies - Certification in AWS or other relevant cloud platforms is a plus - Proficiency in programming languages like Node.js, Java, and Python - Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) - Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and agile development methodologies - Strong understanding of low code platforms like Boomi and UI frameworks like VueJS - Ability to work effectively in a team environment and contribute to the overall engineering and technical direction Additional Company Details: The company offers a hybrid working culture, amazing perks, medical benefits, mentorship programs, certification courses, flexible work arrangements, free drinks, fridge, snacks, competitive salary, and recognitions.,
