Tech Growth Manager with experience in business and growth roles within insurance, BFSI, or financial services. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in driving digital adoption, optimizing sales enablement, and enhancing customer engagement by leveraging data insights and digital platforms. This role requires a deep understanding of insurance distribution models, sales processes, and digital transformation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Growth & Digital Strategy- Develop and execute business growth strategies aligned with insurance sales and digital transformation goals. Identify digital levers to improve sales performance, policy conversions, and advisor productivity.
  • Sales Enablement & Distribution Optimization: Work closely with sales teams and distribution partners to identify bottlenecks in digital adoption. Create and implement strategies to improve advisor engagement with digital platforms (e.g., onboarding tools, CRM, sales enablement tools).
  • Enable better utilization of self-service digital platforms or policy servicing, renewals, and customer queries.
  • Data-Driven Growth & Business Insights:
  • Analyze business performance data to optimize growth strategies.
  • Use insights from CRM, sales platforms, and customer data to refine engagement and retention strategies.
  • Identify areas for improvement in customer onboarding, policy issuance, and renewal journeys.
  • Work with product and analytics teams to improve visibility on key sales and engagement metrics.
  • Process-Driven Execution & Stakeholder Management:

Requirements:

3-6 years of experience in business growth roles within insurance, BFSI, or financial services.
Strong understanding of insurance distribution models, advisor-led sales, and digital transformation in BFSI. Experience working with sales teams and distribution partners to drive digital adoption and sales enablement. Excellent communication skills (verbal & written) to engage effectively with sales, product, and leadership teams. Hands-on experience with business analytics and CRM platforms (Google Analytics, Salesforce, Power BI, SQL preferred). Strong ability to interpret business data, identify trends, and drive actionable insights. Process-driven mindset with expertise in setting up structured frameworks and SOPs. Self-starter with strong business acumen and execution-oriented mindset.
