As a Tech Co-founder at GoMarigold, your role involves leading the technology strategy, overseeing development and deployment of technology solutions, managing the tech team, and collaborating with other co-founders on business strategy. You will be responsible for identifying new opportunities for technological innovation, facilitating scaling of the tech infrastructure, and ensuring security and data integrity. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the technology strategy for GoMarigold - Oversee the development and deployment of technology solutions - Manage the tech team effectively - Collaborate with other co-founders on business strategy - Identify new opportunities for technological innovation - Facilitate scaling of the tech infrastructure - Ensure security and data integrity Qualifications Required: - Strong expertise in software development, system architecture, and coding - Experience in project management, technology strategy, and team leadership - Understanding of cybersecurity, data management, and IT infrastructure - Strong problem-solving skills, analytical mindset, and innovative thinking - Excellent communication and collaboration skills - Ability to work in a hybrid model with flexibility for remote work - Experience in startup environments and previous founder experience is a plus - Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field preferred,
