Company Description: We are building a B2B Campus Hiring Platform that connects colleges and hiring companies on a single digital ecosystem. Our goal is to replace email threads, Excel chaos, and unstructured outreach with a clean, scalable hiring workflow between academic institutions and employers. Role Description: We are looking for a Tech Co-Founder who can: Own the entire technology stack Architect the platform for scale Build MVP fast with product mindset This is a founder role , not a job. You will co-own decisions, product direction, and equity upside. Key Responsibilities: Product & Engineering: Design system architecture for a scalable web platform Build core product features (Auth, dashboards, listing engine, workflows) Implement role-based access (college / company / admin) Develop search, filtering & campus request pipelines Build secure REST/GraphQL APIs Ensure performance, security & data integrity Infrastructure & DevOps: Set up hosting (AWS / GCP / Vercel / DigitalOcean) Manage databases, backups, logging, and monitoring Implement CI/CD pipelines Ensure platform scalability and uptime Strategy & Leadership: Contribute to product roadmap Evaluate tech stack decisions Prepare system for scale (post-MVP) Lead tech hiring once company grows Tech Stack (Preferred / Flexible): We're open to discussion, but ideal stack: Frontend: React / Next.js / Vue Backend: Node.js / Express / Django Database: PostgreSQL / MongoDB DevOps: Docker, GitHub Actions AWS / GCP / Vercel / DigitalOcean Others: Authentication systems API architecture Secure data handling Modular, scalable code design Ideal Profile -- Must-Have: 2+ years hands-on development experience Built at least one production-level web app Strong backend fundamentals Familiar with full software lifecycle Startup mindset (can work with ambiguity) Good to Have: Previous startup experience Worked in HRTech / EdTech / SaaS Experience scaling systems UI/UX understanding Cloud deployment knowledge For more details or queries, Reach out on surajadude012@gmail.com or 8888298955.
