Tech Business Analyst / Regulation Specialist

• Analyze and interpret

  Basel III reforms

  and other credit risk regulatory requirements (MAS, HKMA, BNM preferred).
• Translate regulatory requirements into

  system and functional requirements

  for implementation.
• Work with

  Moody s Risk Authority (RAy)

  to configure, validate, and maintain credit risk reporting frameworks.
• Update and manage

  RAy configurations

  used for deriving

  credit risk reports

  .
• Develop expertise in

  intermediate and final result tables

  within RAy and utilize them for report validation and reconciliation.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment between regulatory requirements, business needs, and system capabilities.
• Assist in the

  design, UAT, and validation

  of credit risk solutions and reports.
• Document requirements, workflows, and regulatory interpretations in clear business terms.
• Support governance, audit, and compliance reviews by providing detailed regulatory and system insights.

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong understanding of

  Basel III reforms Credit Risk regulations

  .
• Hands-on experience with

  Moody s Risk Authority (RAy)

  , including:
• Updating configurations for credit risk reporting
• Familiarity with

  intermediate and final result tables

  in RAy
• Working knowledge of credit risk regulation and RAy product functionalities
• Excellent analytical and communication skills, with the ability to work across diverse teams.
• Strong experience in

  regulatory reporting and compliance

  in the

  banking/financial services domain

  .
• Exposure to

  MAS, HKMA, or BNM

  credit risk regulations.
