About the Role:

Tech & Operations Assistant

Key Responsibilities:

Client Onboarding & Delivery Support

• Set up new clients inside our CRM (Go High Level) following SOPs.
• Connect funnels, calendars, automations, and dashboards to go live within deadlines.
• Ensure smooth transition from sales to onboarding to delivery.

Tech & Automation Management

• Build, test, and maintain automations using

  Make (Integromat)

  or

  Zapier

  .
• Troubleshoot and resolve tech issues (CRM errors, email integrations, automations, etc.).
• Integrate Google Calendars, WhatsApp, Meta Ads, and CRMs for complete workflow sync.

Internal Operations

• Support the Media, Client Success, and Sales pods with reports, trackers, and CRM hygiene.
• Maintain accountability dashboards, sheets, and automations for daily performance.
• Record and update SOPs with Loom videos for repeatable execution.

Communication & Collaboration

• Provide daily updates inside Slack.
• Collaborate closely with pod leaders to ensure client satisfaction and system uptime.
• Proactively flag gaps, bugs, or inefficiencies and suggest improvements.

Skills & Tools Required:

• Knowledge of CRM's like

  Go High Level

  (or similar CRM).
• Working knowledge of

  Zapier / Make (Integromat)

  for automations.
• Proficiency in

  Google Sheets

  (formulas, reporting, dashboards).
• Excellent written + spoken English.
• Strong organisational & problem-solving mindset.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
