Roles and Responsibilities

  • Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide solutions in a timely and professional manner.
  • Work on international non-voice processes such as email support, chat support, or blended process.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve daily targets and meet performance metrics.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using CRM software.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 1-3 years of experience in an International BPO environment handling International Chat Processes or similar roles.
  • Strong understanding of US process knowledge preferred but not mandatory.
  • Excellent communication skills in English language with ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
