Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide solutions in a timely and professional manner.
Work on international non-voice processes such as email support, chat support, or blended process.
Collaborate with team members to achieve daily targets and meet performance metrics.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using CRM software.

Desired Candidate Profile

1-3 years of experience in an International BPO environment handling International Chat Processes or similar roles.
Strong understanding of US process knowledge preferred but not mandatory.
Excellent communication skills in English language with ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
