As a Travel Agent, you will be a key member of the team, responsible for assisting customers with all aspects of their travel needs. You will utilize industry-standard software to manage bookings, plan itineraries, and provide comprehensive travel support, ensuring a seamless and exceptional experience for every client.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle

  domestic and international travel bookings

  efficiently using

  Amadeus

  and other

  GDS

  (Global Distribution System) software.
• Manage end-to-end flight processes, including

  reservations, cancellations, reissues, and itinerary changes

  .
• Provide accurate and competitive

  fare quotes

  and present suitable travel options based on client requirements and preferences.
• Offer

  excellent customer service

  and ensure the timely and effective resolution of all travel-related issues and inquiries.
• Maintain continuous knowledge of

  airline rules, fare structures,

  and current

  travel industry trends

  and regulations.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Mandatory Requirements

• Proficiency in Amadeus and GDS software

  (essential).
• Prior experience ranging from

  4 months to 3.5 years

  in travel booking, ticketing, or a BPO travel process is preferred.
• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Travel & Tourism / Hospitality / Commerce
