Job Title: Casual Team Member – Food Industry
Location: Mumbai , Thane
Shift - Rotational Shift

Job Summary:

We are seeking enthusiastic and reliable Casual Team Members to join our team in a fast-paced food service environment. As a key part of the team, you’ll help deliver great customer experiences, maintain food safety standards, and support daily operations both in the front and back of house. This role is ideal for individuals seeking flexible hours in a supportive, team-driven workplace.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and serve customers with a friendly and professional attitude
• Take orders, operate POS systems, and handle cash/card transactions
• Assist in food preparation, assembly, and presentation according to company standards
• Ensure food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness at all times
• Restock supplies and maintain cleanliness of workstations and customer areas
• Follow all company procedures, health and safety guidelines, and uniform standards
• Support other team members and work collaboratively during peak times
• Be available for flexible shifts including weekends, evenings, and public holidays

Requirements:

• No prior experience necessary – full training provided
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Flexible availability (especially during peak service times)
• Good personal presentation and hygiene
• Ability to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks as needed

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month
