Service Coordinator – UPS & Battery Location: Andheri Experience Required: Minimum 2 years in service coordination (UPS/Power/Battery/Office Automation preferred) Employment Type: Full Time Job Responsibilities: Coordinate between service engineers and customers for AMC and service calls Maintain service schedules and ensure timely execution of support tickets Follow up on open issues until resolution and customer satisfaction Maintain accurate service reports and documentation Support sales and operations teams with service-related updates Key Requirements: Prior experience in service coordination or back-office support for technical teams Good communication skills (written and verbal) Ability to handle multiple calls and tasks efficiently Strong follow-up and problem-solving abilities Familiarity with CRM or ticketing software will be an added advantage Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month Benefits: Health insurance Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Work Location: In person Speak with the employer +91 8828410508
