Contribute to the financial control and accounting function at Reliance Foundation as a Team Member, focusing on procurement processes. Ensure efficient and compliant procurement activities with a strong emphasis on financial control..
(2) Collaborate with internal departments to understand procurement needs and requirements;
(3) Ensure compliance with procurement policies, financial regulations, and ethical standards;
(4) Support the negotiation of contracts and agreements with vendors to secure favourable terms;
(5) Maintain accurate records of procurement transactions and contracts for audit and reporting purposes;
(6) Monitor vendor performance and adherence to contractual terms;
(7) Participate in the development and enhancement of procurement procedures;
(8) Provide support to team members and contribute to departmental initiatives as needed.
(2) Knowledge of financial inclusion challenges and opportunities, particularly for women;
(3) Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
