Team Member Legal Collections

Provides support to the legal team by conducting in-depth legal research and managing case files related to recovery. Responsibilities include assisting team with preparing for trials, and helping to manage disputes, while supporting legal team to ensure 100% adherence to litigation policy and timely execution of Legal tools to augment collections recovery including Notices, Arbitration, Sec-138/25 , Sarfaesi, NCLT, Criminal & Civil matters including Police Station Managing. Further, provide assistance in the organization of case files, exhibits, and witness coordination to help prepare for trial.

To Handle

Legal Actions managed

• NI Act and PASS Act,
• Arbitration & Conciliation Act,
• Code of Civil Procedure,
• Consumer Protection Act,
• Criminal Litigation,
• District Legal Services Authority Act,

To provide support to legal team to enable timely:

• Service of warrants in allocated cases.
• Appearance in courts/ Forums to represent the company,
• Appearance in District Legal Services Authorities for settlements,
• Enforcement of order under section 9 and 17 of Arbitration.
• To coordinate with Law firms, their partners or proprietors, as the case may be.
• Maintaining case files.
• Drafting and filing criminal complaints.

• To attend client meetings, take notes, and communicate with internal departments to understand their legal needs.
• Assist in handling administrative support for the legal department, including scheduling and filing.
• Support in providing adequate enforcement in litigated cases by co-ordinating with various stakeholders.
• Interactions with External advocates/law firms for assistance in case preparations, originating/vetting of legal documentation etc.
