Job Description

Role Overview: As a Customer Service Officer, you will be responsible for addressing requests and complaints received from clients related to Retail Asset Products such as Home loans, LAP, Personal loans, and Business loans. Your primary focus will be on addressing all service requests and complaints efficiently within the defined Turnaround Time (TAT) while maintaining high-quality service delivery to customers. Key Responsibilities: - Addressing all service requests and complaints received from clients - Ensuring timely closure of all requests and complaints within the specified TAT - Providing high-quality service request resolutions to customers - Taking ownership of customer issues and seeing them through to end-to-end resolution - Applying best practices and identifying areas for improvement - Achieving own Key Result Areas (KRAs) effectively - Building rapport and coordinating with internal stakeholders - Ensuring timely resolution of customer requests Qualifications Required: - Some experience in Customer Service will be beneficial - Strong belief in teamwork - Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel/PowerPoint is preferred (Note: No additional details about the company were provided in the job description.),
