Team Member - Customer Service-Product-Support-Service - Non Branch Banking

Job Description As a Customer Service Officer at our company, your primary responsibility will be to address and resolve requests and complaints received from clients regarding Retail Asset Products such as Home loans, LAP, Personal Loans, and Business Loans. You will need to ensure that all service requests and complaints are handled promptly and closed within the specified Turn-Around Time (TAT). Your focus will be on providing high-quality service to customers and ensuring timely resolution of their issues.
