Job Description

Job Summary:

The Team Member - BPS is responsible for executing assigned business process operations accurately and efficiently as per defined service level agreements (SLAs) and quality standards. The role involves handling data processing, transaction validation, documentation, and client support within the designated process area.

Key Responsibilities:

Process and validate transactions as per standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and completeness of assigned tasks.
Perform data entry, document verification, and record maintenance activities.
Adhere to process workflows and compliance requirements.
Escalate process deviations or exceptions to the supervisor promptly.
Contribute to achieving team performance targets and quality benchmarks.
Support process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
Maintain confidentiality of client and organizational information at all times.

Key Skills & Competencies:

Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Basic understanding of business processes and workflow systems.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Adaptable to a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
