Job Responsibilities – Team Member at Salad Days As a Team Member at Salad Days, your primary responsibilities will include: Kitchen Hygiene & Safety: Maintain a clean and organized workstation while strictly following food safety and hygiene protocols. Food Preparation: Perform mise-en-place (pre-preparation) and ensure ingredients meet quality standards before cooking. Cooking Support: Assist in cooking and assembling meals as per company standards to ensure consistency and taste. Packing & Dispatch Support: Help with packing and order dispatch when required. Cleanliness: Regularly clean your station and ensure high hygiene standards are maintained throughout your shift. Specific Requirements Education: Minimum 10th-grade (high school) education. Experience: At least 12 months of relevant kitchen experience. Physical Fitness: Must be physically fit and capable of working in a fast-paced kitchen environment. Professional Conduct: Punctual, disciplined, and willing to learn. Clean-shaven appearance and good personal hygiene. Flexibility: Must be open to working in break shifts: Morning: 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM Evening: 7:00 PM – 12:00 AM Teamwork: Ability to follow instructions and work well in a team. Other Details Working Hours: 10-hour shift within store operating hours (7:00 AM – 3:00 AM). Meals Provided: 1 meal per regular shift (Rice + Indian Curry). 2 meals for those working break shifts.
