Position:

Job Responsibilities

Greet and serve customers in a friendly and professional manner
Take and process customer orders accurately and efficiently
Prepare food and beverages as per company standards
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen and dining area
Handle billing, cash register, and POS systems as required
Work collaboratively with the team to ensure smooth store operations
Follow all safety and food handling guidelines strictly

Eligibility Criteria

Prior experience in the
Food & Beverage industry
is
mandatory
Minimum 6 months experience in a customer-facing role (QSR, caf, fast food, or restaurant preferred)
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Willingness to work in rotational shifts, weekends, and holidays
Energetic, customer-focused, and team-oriented attitude
