Job Title: Team Manager Trainee
Work Hours: Monday to Friday | 1:30 PM – 10:30 PM IST Location: Remote (Work from Home) Training Duration: 6 Months Incentive During Training: ₹15,000 per month Post-Training Salary: ₹25,000 per month (based on performance evaluation)

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Team Manager Trainee to join our growing team. This is a 6-month training program designed to build strong foundational skills in team management, operational processes, budget management, KPI maintenance, and profit maintenance. Upon successful completion of the training and based on performance, the candidate may be considered for a full-time Team Manager Associate position.
