Team Manager

Leadership and Management: Lead and manage a team of employees by setting clear goals and objectives, developing strategies, and assigning tasks to ensure productivity and efficiency.

Communication: Maintain open lines of communication with team members, providing regular feedback, support, and addressing any issues or concerns that arise within the team

Performance Monitoring: Monitor team performance and provide coaching and development opportunities to enhance individual and team capabilities.

Conflict Resolution: Mediate interpersonal issues among team members to foster a positive and collaborative work environment.

Motivation and Inspiration: Inspire and motivate team members to achieve their best performance and maintain high morale within the team.

Technology Utilization: Effectively utilize technology and tools to manage team operations and enhance productivity.

Knowledge of Roles: Have a thorough understanding of each team member's job role to provide appropriate guidance and support.
