Team Manager

• Leadership & Direction:Provide clear leadership, set goals, and define the team's overall vision.
• Task Management:Assign tasks to team members, monitor progress, and ensure timely completion of projects.
• Performance Management:Conduct performance reviews, provide constructive feedback, and identify training needs.
• Team Development:Coach and mentor team members, facilitate their professional growth, and help them develop their skills.
• Communication:Act as a liaison between the team and senior management, ensuring effective and clear communication flows in both directions.
• Motivation & Morale:Create a positive and engaging work environment, recognize team and individual successes, and motivate members to perform their best.
• Conflict Resolution:Mediate interpersonal conflicts and resolve issues within the team to maintain a harmonious work environment.

Key Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree: Often required in management, communications, or a related field.

Pay: ₹324,242.19 - ₹1,394,841.37 per year
