Role Overview: As a Team Manager with a strong Analytics background in the Manufacturing industry, you will lead a multidisciplinary Analytics team, focusing on operational excellence, project management, and innovative solutions. Your role will involve driving process improvement, resource planning, competency development, and effective global stakeholder engagement. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and mentor a team of engineers, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement - Plan and allocate resources efficiently to support global and local business needs - Manage end-to-end project execution, ensuring alignment with timelines, budgets, and quality standards - Provide technical guidance in Analytics team and monitor key performance indicators such as First Pass Yield (FPY), On-Time Delivery (OTD), Utilization, and Efficiency - Collaborate with global stakeholders, customers & cross-functional teams to understand requirements and ensure customer satisfaction - Develop and execute strategies for scope addition, team scaling, and long-term capability building - Identify skill gaps and implement strategies for competency development and career growth - Drive recruitment and onboarding of new team members to support business expansion - Establish and manage relationships with vendors and third parties, ensuring quality and timely delivery - Oversee the implementation and maintenance of quality processes, ensuring compliance with industry standards - Provide frequent communication and project updates to leadership - Mentor less experienced BI Analysts on solution approaches and ensure conformity to standards and quality - Collaborate with the BI Operational Manager to determine best practices for report development - Ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's/Master's degree in Electrical engineering or related discipline - Minimum 10+ years in Analytics roles, preferably in a global or multi-location environment - Experience in the transformer/Electrical industry is advantageous - Proven experience in managing projects, process improvements, and working with global stakeholders - Strong analytical, organizational, and risk management skills - Excellent communication, leadership, and team-building abilities - Proficiency in SQL, VBA development, Power BI, DAX, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Access, Microsoft SQL Server, Tableau - Knowledge of R/Python/Scala, Data Modeling, and business intelligence reporting - Strong interpersonal skills to manage team dynamics and resolve conflicts - Proficiency in spoken & written English language (Note: The additional details of the company were not included in the provided job description) Role Overview: As a Team Manager with a strong Analytics background in the Manufacturing industry, you will lead a multidisciplinary Analytics team, focusing on operational excellence, project management, and innovative solutions.
