Team Lead/Manager - Contract Staffing

Prometo Consulting is a reputed recruitment and executive search firm known for its expertise in permanent hiring specializing in Manufacturing, Oil&Gas, EPC, Auto /Automotive, Heavy Engineering and FMCG industries. As part of our growth strategy, we are expanding into Staffing Services and are looking for an experienced professional to build and lead this new vertical.

Role Overview:

We are seeking a professional who will be responsible for setting up and managing the entire staffing operations including team formation, client management, candidate sourcing, compliance coordination and vendor partnerships. This is a key leadership role for someone with hands-on experience in establishing or scaling staffing operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Establish the staffing divisions structure, processes and operating model.

• Manage clients for staffing and workforce management services.

• Oversee sourcing, onboarding, deployment and monitoring of contract staff.

• Identify and coordinate with payroll vendors; ensure statutory compliance (PF, ESI, PT, etc.).

• Drive revenue growth, client satisfaction and operational excellence.

Key Requirements:

• Experience: 5 - 10 years in staffing / contract staffing / workforce management.

• Expertise: Prior experience in setting up or scaling staffing business preferred.

• Knowledge: Strong understanding of payroll, compliance and labour laws.

• Skills: Excellent communication, leadership and client relationship management.

• Qualification: Graduate / Post-Graduate; MBA preferred.
