Job Description

I. HRMS Daily Operations \Zoho People
Manage: Employee master creation & updates Leave & attendance management Shift allotment & roster modifications (Site & HO users) HR letter automation workflow Monitor biometric \/ ge-attendance sync and resolve mismatches Ensure 100% accuracy in employee lifecycle records (JOIN EXIT) II. Data Management & System Governance Maintain updated employee hierarchy & reporting structure Validate HR data with payroll and finance periodically Support statutory HR compliance via: Digital document storage Audit\-ready employee repository Manage role\-based access for system users Objective: Zero mismatches in payroll\-impacting HR data III. Zoho Analytics \Dashboards & MIS Reporting Design and publish dashboards for: Attendance & late\-coming analytics Leaves utilization Headcount reporting & manpower structure Attrition & retention insights Deliver monthly MIS to: CHRO\/HR Head Business HR & Unit Heads Reports must be accurate, timely, and decision\-focused IV. Workflow Automation \Zoho Creator Build\/modify workflow forms such as: Onboarding requests Transfers & promotions Separation approvals Continuously reduce manual HR tasks through automation Document SOPs for every digital process created Deliver process simplification with measurable time savings V. Issue Resolution & User Support Handle CRM\-based ticketing system for employee HR\-Tech issues Resolve: Login errors Attendance disputes Workflow approvals stuck Coordinate with: IT support for technical failures Zoho support for escalations Conduct refresher training to boost user adoption VI. Compliance & Security Maintain data confidentiality as per HR policies Conduct periodic compliance checks for: Policy workflow alignment Access control Support audits with timely report submissions
