Key Skills:

Roles and Responsibilities:

Drive end-to-end development of RAG systems and Agentic AI components.
Debug and optimize AI/ML pipelines in production environments.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate scalable AI solutions.
Document technical insights, best practices, and workflows to support knowledge sharing.
Deploy and manage Generative AI and Machine Learning products in real-world scenarios.
Learn and apply RAG, Agentic AI, NLP, and ML models on the job.
Contribute to an execution-focused culture that emphasizes rapid prototyping and delivery.

Skills Required:

Strong foundation in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Data Science principles.
Hands-on experience with Generative AI frameworks (e.g., LangChain, LlamaIndex, Hugging Face).
Expertise in Python, data analysis, and model training/tuning.
Familiarity with Large Language Models (LLMs) and vector databases (e.g., FAISS, Pinecone).
Experience with data pipelines, MLOps, and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
Strong debugging and problem-solving skills for AI/ML production systems.
Excellent communication and documentation skills with a growth-oriented mindset.
