Job Description

Team Management: Supervise and manage a team of telecalling sales representatives. Target Achievement: Ensure the team meets or exceeds sales targets and objectives. Training and Development: Provide ongoing training and support to team members to enhance their sales skills and product knowledge. Performance Monitoring: Monitor and evaluate the performance of team members, providing feedback and coaching as needed. Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance and team activities to management. Customer Interaction: Handle escalated customer calls and resolve any issues or complaints related to Sales. Motivation: Keep the team motivated and maintain a positive work environment. Qualifications:Experience: Proven experience as a telecalling sales team leader or similar role. Skills: Excellent communication and leadership skills. Knowledge: Familiarity with telecalling techniques and sales processes. Education: High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business or a related field is a plus.
