Job Description

As a Team Leader at KIPL, you will play a crucial role in providing guidance, instruction, direction, and leadership to the sales/marketing team to achieve key results. Your responsibilities will include: - Managing the entire sales/marketing team, including Tele-callers and marketing/sales executives - Conducting demos and educating the Sales Team for proper work orientation - Keeping track of all activities for the team - Managing and creating business plans, goals, and other particulars to achieve the company's monthly target revenue with the Business Manager - Being a good listener and proposing proper solutions, implementing proposals, negotiating, and finalizing deals for packaged solutions and specific customized solutions for improvement in product/services - Achieving targets assigned as per experience and caliber - Managing and checking logs in CRM for all the reporting executives - Handling and managing the client base after sales - Maintaining customer relationships via phone, email, meetings, letters, or any other means of communication - Providing the team with a vision of the project objectives - Motivating and inspiring team members - Leading by setting a good example (role model) with behavior consistent with words - Coaching and helping develop team members; helping resolve dysfunctional behavior - Facilitating problem-solving and collaboration - Striving for team consensus and win-win agreements - Ensuring discussions and decisions lead toward closure - Maintaining healthy group dynamics - Intervening when necessary to aid the group in resolving issues - Assuring that the team members have the necessary education and training to effectively participate in the team - Encouraging creativity, risk-taking, and constant improvement - Recognizing and celebrating team and team member accomplishments and exceptional performance Desired Profile for Team Leader: - Post Graduate qualifications in Sales & Marketing in IT/Web Services - Good communicator with a strong ability to implement marketing plans - Confident, convincing, and smart - 3-5 years of experience in Marketing/Sales - Ability to present company presentations and demos in all concerns - Pleasing personality with good communication skills - Good knowledge of Delhi/NCR's industrial topography is important - Candidates with their conveyances and laptops are preferred - Ability to understand and present IT services and solutions - Confidence to meet people and build relationships - Convenient in traveling If you are interested in this opportunity, please fill out the given form to apply.,
