Responsibilities : * Select , Recruit And Supervise Insurance Consultants / Point Of Sales Person / ARPs In All Areas Of The Business * Coordinate Orientation Of New Staffs And Ongoing Trainings. * Development Of Team By Ensuring Process Services.
