Job Title: Team Leader

Location: Coimbatore.
Job Type: Full-Time (Office Work)

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month

Timings: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM

Role & Responsibilities:

• Lead, guide, and motivate a team to achieve sales/collection targets.
• Plan and monitor daily activities to ensure productivity and efficiency.
• Handle escalations and provide effective solutions to customers.
• Track team performance, prepare reports, and update management regularly.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and processes.
• Provide training and support to new and existing team members.

Requirements:

• 2–3 years of proven experience in sales/collection and team handling.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Good communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
• Immediate joiners preferred.
