TEAM LEADER

As a Team Leader in our company, your role involves leading and mentoring a team of IT support staff and engineers. You will be responsible for allocating tasks, monitoring team performance, conducting regular team meetings, reviews, and training sessions. Key Responsibilities: - Supervise daily IT operations including hardware, software, networking, and user support. - Act as the point of escalation for complex technical issues and ensure timely resolution of service requests and incidents. - Monitor system performance, proactively address potential issues, and ensure all IT systems and applications are up-to-date and secure. - Lead and manage small-to-mid scale IT projects, coordinate with other departments and vendors, and track project progress and timelines. - Ensure IT policies and procedures are followed, maintain accurate documentation of systems, assets, and support tickets, and assist in audits and compliance reviews. - Liaise with external vendors for software/hardware procurement and support, maintain good relationships with business stakeholders, and communicate IT strategies effectively.
