Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Lead, motivate, and manage a team of sales executives.
  • Drive sales for Navi Mumbai real estate projects across premium and mid-segment categories.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly targets.
  • Liaise with developers, channel partners, and clients for smooth deal closures.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and suggest innovative strategies to stay ahead.
  • Conduct regular sales training and performance reviews for the team.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Minimum

    6 9 years of real estate sales experience

    with at least 2 years in a team leadership role.
  • Strong exposure to Navi Mumbai real estate market and has worked for  reputed developers (Hiranandani, K Raheja, L & T Realty, Godrej, etc.).
  • Proven track record of achieving high-value sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and people management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver results under pressure.
