Role & responsibilities We are looking for Team Leader with Call centre / BPO experience, who can travel with us with our professional path Preferred candidate profile Responsible for team Performance, Attrition and shrinkage. Prepare Daily reports. Manage and Handle all the team reports and improve performance on daily basis.Dialer Management exposure . Knowledge of Excel & good working skills in Systems. Required Candidate profile Candidate with 1+yr in Voice Sales process from domestic Call center domain with strong Team Handling experience. Candidate must have Tamil & English.
