The ideal candidate will have experience in outbound sales, financial products (especially SME/business/personal loans), and team management in a contact center environment. This role demands strong leadership, process adherence, and a sharp focus on sales conversion and customer experience.
Process Oversight: Supervise daily operations of the business loan sales process, ensuring adherence to SLAs and quality benchmarks.
Team Management: Lead, coach, and develop a team of sales executives to meet and exceed sales targets.
Sales Performance: Monitor individual and team KPIs including lead conversion, call quality, and productivity.
Target Achievement: Drive business loan sales through effective pitch strategies, objection handling, and follow-ups.
Training & Development: Conduct regular training sessions on product knowledge, sales techniques, and compliance.
Compliance & Quality: Ensure all calls and documentation meet regulatory and internal compliance standards.
Process Improvement: Identify gaps in the sales funnel and recommend process enhancements.
Reporting: Generate daily/weekly/monthly performance reports and share insights with stakeholders.
Graduate in any discipline.
2-4 years of experience in BPO sales, with at least 1 year in a team lead role.
Strong communication and persuasive skills.
Proven track record in achieving sales targets in a contact center setup.
Knowledge of business/personal loan products, eligibility, and documentation.
Familiarity with CRM tools, dialers, and lead management systems.
Ability to motivate and manage a diverse team in a high-pressure environment.
