Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Team Leader, located in Ahmedabad. The Team Leader will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing team activities, setting performance goals, ensuring project completion, and maintaining quality standards. This role will also involve coordinating with other departments, providing guidance and training to team members, and addressing any issues that arise. The Team Leader will ensure that operations run smoothly and efficiently, contributing to overall company goals.

Qualifications
