Team Leader Real Estate

Job Title: Team Leader – Real Estate Sales Location: Noida Extension Experience : 2 to 5 years Reporting to: Director Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Team Leader to manage and guide a team of real estate sales executives. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a proven track record in real estate sales, and the ability to drive team performance and achieve sales targets consistently. Key Responsibilities: Lead, manage, and motivate a team of real estate sales executives to achieve individual and team targets. Train, mentor, and monitor team members on sales techniques, product knowledge, and customer handling. Set sales goals, track performance, and report daily/weekly/monthly sales metrics to management. Assist team members with client meetings, site visits, and closing deals as needed. Develop and implement effective sales strategies for various residential and commercial projects. Handle escalated client queries or issues with professionalism and prompt resolution. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends, competitor activities, and legal regulations. Coordinate with the marketing team for lead generation campaigns and promotional activities. Ensure timely documentation and follow-up with clients throughout the sales process. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred). Minimum 2–5 years of experience in real estate sales, with at least 1–2 years in a leadership role. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to lead by example and work under pressure. Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools. Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
