Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and confident Telecaller to join our real estate team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, handling inquiries, generating leads, and scheduling client meetings or site visits. Both freshers and experienced individuals with good communication skills are welcome.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential clients from provided databases or leads.

Explain project details, property features, and pricing clearly.

Follow up with clients through calls, WhatsApp, or emails.

Schedule site visits for interested customers.

Maintain and update client database with accurate information.

Handle customer queries professionally and provide required information.

Work closely with the sales team to ensure conversion of leads.

Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets.

Requirements:

For Freshers:

Good communication skills in English and Hindi.

Basic knowledge of real estate or willingness to learn.

Confident and presentable over the phone.

Positive attitude and eagerness to grow in the sales field.

For Experienced:

6 months to 2+ years of telecalling or customer service experience (preferably in real estate or similar industry).

Proven track record of lead generation or target achievement.

Knowledge of CRM or lead management tools is a plus.

Skills Required:

Excellent verbal communication and listening skills.

Customer-centric approach.

Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, email, CRM).

Ability to handle pressure and rejection positively.
